Small Group Classes

For people without any major injuries, group classes are a great way to explore Pilates. Regular group classes are held at the:

Pilates SCULPT

Pilates SCULPT classes are a fusion of Pilates movements. They are designed to tone, tighten and transform. Be prepared to feel the burn.

Pilates 101

These classes have been designed for clients new to Pilates. With a strong focus on proper technique, using the Pilates principles and movements, these classes are a great place to start. They will help improve posture by strengthening the body.

Pilates FLOW

Pilates FLOW classes are designed to increase body control, core strength and co-ordination. The use of small equipment can be added to give you that extra challenge.

Intermediate Pilates

These classes are designed for intermediate level strength, stamina and flexibility. They will still take you through body control, core strength and co-ordination.

Fit Mumma Movement

Coming Soon. These classes focus on restrengthening the body’s core muscles that are weakened during pregnancy. They also involve exercises to tone up arms, back and butts. Pilates helps prevent lower back pain and incontinence.
Babies are welcome up to 6 months or pre-crawling.

Functional Mobility (FRC)

Move Better, Feel Better. These classes will help improve the quality of your movement, using techniques aimed to improve your flexibilty, mobility and overall strength. FRC is the system of training used by top professional athletes around the world as a tool to improve performance and longevity.
