About Us

Welcome to Personal Pilates

Personal Pilates offers regular small group classes in Secret Harbour and Port Kennedy, as well as personalised mobile 1-on-1 Pilates sessions in Mandurah, Rockingham, Singleton, Golden Bay and surrounding suburbs. Our instructor is trained in STOTT PILATES® Comprehensive Matwork, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair and Barrels, Studio Pilates Matwork and Reformer, Xtend Barre, Power Plate, and more.

ABOUT Our Classes

Group Classes

Pilates SCULPT

Pilates SCULPT classes are a fusion of Pilates mat and Hiit. They are designed to tone, tighten and transform. Be prepared to get sweaty.

Pilates 101

Coming Soon. These classes has been designed for clients new to Pilates. With a strong focus on proper technique, using the Pilates principles and movements, these classes are a great place to start. They will help improve posture by strengthening the body.

Pilates FLOW

Pilates FLOW classes are designed to increase body control, core strength and co-ordination. The use of small equipment can be added to give you that extra challenge.

Intermediate Pilates

These classes are designed for intermediate level strength, stamina and flexibility. They will still take you through body control, core strength and co-ordination.

Fit Mumma Movement

Coming Soon. These classes focus on restrengthening the body’s core muscles that are weakened during pregnancy. They also involve exercises to tone up arms, back and butts. Pilates helps prevent lower back pain and incontinence.

Babies are welcome up to 6 months or pre-crawling.

Functional Mobility (FRC)

Coming Soon. Move Better, Feel Better. These classes will help improve the quality of your movement, using techniques aimed to improve your flexibilty, mobility and overall strength. FRC is the system of training used by top professional athletes around the world as a tool to improve performance and longevity.

Why Pilates?

Heightened Awareness

Pilates teaches you the importance of better posture and how to properly contract your stomach muscles. It also teaches you to focus on your breathing, which gives you a heightened awareness of your body. You’ll become more aware of maintaining your posture, and you may even find yourself engaging your core while watching tv, driving or performing other routine tasks.

Increased Strength

Pilates is a great core workout and increases your abdominal strength and endurance. While most exercise programs involve strengthening some aspect of the body, Pilates works to strengthen muscles we all use throughout the day.

Personal Pilates also offers fully customised Pilates and movement training sessions for 1-3 people at your premises. Based on an initial consult and assessment, we design a program of exercises based on your personal fitness level and goals.
